Impulsa Plan
People’s efforts are what move us forward and make a positive impact in society.
For this reason, in 2022, we launched the Impulsa Plan, a way of recognising those projects and teams that make a significant contribution toward making Ferrer the best place to work.
In this first edition, five projects presented at the production and logistics centres were recognised, which, due to their effort and inter-departmental teamwork, have a significant impact on the entire company.
